Winter is the perfect time to start laying the groundwork for your food truck dream.
Here are a few things you can do now:

✅ Do market research – Visit local markets or events, and chat to truck owners
✅ Start a rough budget – How much could it cost to get going?
✅ Explore the red tape – Start learning about permits, locations, and council rules
✅ Test your menu – Host tastings for friends, ask for feedback
✅ Build your brand story – What makes you you? Why this idea?
Even if you’re only working on it an hour a week — that’s progress.
