Hey Foodies!
I’ve been thinking lately about creating a new webinar series — one that focuses purely on the tools and tech that help food truck owners actually run their business smoother.
Not in a salesy way, but in a “here’s what I wish I had known back then” kind of way.
Like this one time in the early days of my smoothie truck…
We were at a super busy event, orders were flying in and we were still using post-it notes to take orders (yup, really - this was 2016).
Then suddenly — whoosh — a massive gust of wind swept across the bench and took all of the notes with it. Chaos followed. Orders got mixed up, people got grumpy and I learned the hard way that systems matter.
So now I’m toying with the idea of sharing the actual tools I use and recommend: from order systems to budgeting apps, menu costing calculators and even how I plan content each week.
